GranuPack/Tap Density Automatic Measurement Device

This is a testing device that continuously measures the tap density of powder and powdered products and can automatically calculate parameters such as the Hausner ratio.

In conventional tap density measurement devices, the test specimen may become tilted within the cylinder, and since the memory is read by the human eye, discrepancies can occur in the measured and calculated values. GranuPack automatically performs the measurement and calculation of tap density, allowing for continuous recording of the changes in bulk density with each tap, thereby eliminating errors due to human error. An option for measuring tap density at temperatures up to 200°C is also available.
